Broederenklooster restaurant

Come in! Walk the first meters through the cloister, drink a delicious aperitif and smell the first scents from the open kitchen. When you enter the restaurant you immediately have contact with our chefs and the kitchen brigade, see and experience how they are cooking for you and let our service make your evening complete! The kitchen is classically oriented with a modern twist. The most beautiful products come from the immediate area and we work with many local suppliers.  We believe it is very important to maintain the connection with local entrepreneurs so that together we can enrich Zutphen and the surrounding area. Our chef Niels van Dooijeweert has cooked with a Michelin star in the past, and the kitchen will certainly strive to achieve this top level. The service led by Marieke Löhr will certainly strengthen this by providing good service but in an accessible manner. We want to keep the threshold low, everyone is welcome! Would you like to enjoy the dishes from the kitchen but not a full lunch or dinner? We also have a small menu with some different appetizer dishes, finger food and oysters. You are also very welcome for a cup of coffee with home-made pastry, a fantastic glass of wine, a gin tonic, cocktail or one of our beers from our beer tap.
